Order funding

Funding for orders that run on our platform

For clients who manage their purchasing on our software, we can fund approved orders and pay the supplier directly. It is a feature of the software programme and is available only to clients under a software agreement.

How it works

From an order in the platform to a paid supplier

01

Run the order on the platform

The purchase order, supplier, production schedule and shipping plan are recorded in the platform.

02

Ask for a specific order

Choose the order and supplier payment in the platform. We review the supplier's record, production progress, inspection results and your customer's order.

03

We pay the supplier

Payment goes directly to the supplier against its invoice, at the milestones in your purchase order.

04

Settled when the order completes

You settle on the terms agreed for that order, usually when your customer pays.

Why it runs through software

Tied to real orders, not to a balance sheet

The data is already there

Purchase terms, production updates, inspections and shipping documents are in the platform, so there is no separate paperwork.

Paid to the supplier

Funds go to the supplier for a specific order. They are not paid out to the client.

One order at a time

Each order is reviewed on its own, using what the platform shows about it.

Questions

What clients ask us

Who can use order funding?

Only clients who already run their purchasing on our platform under a software agreement. It is not offered to other companies or to the public.

Is the money paid to us?

No. We pay your supplier directly, against the supplier's invoice and the milestones in your purchase order.

Is every order eligible?

No. Each order is reviewed on its own, based on the supplier, the product, the inspection results and the customer order behind it.

Where are the terms set out?

In your software agreement, and confirmed for each order before we pay the supplier.

Already on the platform?
